Aims

The main aim of the MOVE project is to improve and promote the employability and growing of adults focusing on mobility and socio-professional inclusion in the European Union. The project is mainly addressed to social workers, youth workers, professional trainers and unemployment counselors.

The objectives the MOVE project are:
  1. To develop working methods, skills and tools to promote cooperation between local and regional authorities, private companies and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in the fields of European mobility and socio-professional integration.
  2. To implement a network of stakeholders of international mobility, thus favoring a transfer of key competences and continuous exchange of knowledge at local and transnational level with the involvement of public and private actors.
  3. To achieve an improved mutual understanding of methods and procedures used in the partner countries and institutions.
  4. To identify and disseminate good practices and recent innovative methods in inter-institutional communication and administrative procedures related to European mobility programs at local and transnational levels.
  5. To develop innovative measures for the evaluation and valorization of international mobility experiences in order to promote the concepts of these new learning methods to public stakeholders.
