Fourth meeting of MOVE in Berlin (Germany)

From the 17th to the 20th September 2012, the forth meeting of MOVE took place in Berlin (Germany). Hosted on the headquarters of Bildungsmarkt e.v.(the german partner of the project), the event met together coordinators and trainees of the five partner organisations from Estonia, Germany, Greece, Romania and Spain, that took part in all the workshops, visits and presentation that were developed during the whole programme of activities.

Besides these partner organisations, the meeting included the representatives of other local institutions dealing with the aims of the  project such as the Training Center "alte mensa" or the Association of German Chambers of Commerce and Industry. 

During the different activities included on the programme, partner organisations had the opportunity of evaluating previous meetings and reports, working on new activities created for this meeting and discussing about future steps to be done in order to achieve the final results of the project. Short summary of the activities developed during the meeting:

September 18th, 2012

- Welcome Coffee
- Feedback of the 3rd meeting in Rhodes (Greece)
- Retrospect to the intermediate report of the project
- MOVE Project Presentation (David Castillo Tomás, Gantalcala)
- Open Workshop: Toolbox and Presentation of the different mobility stories / Integration of all the materials from the different mobility projects (Representatives of MOVE, Gantalcala, KEAN, FCASET, Continuous, Action, Bildungsmarkt e.v.)

- Lunch at “Waldenser Restaurant”: training restaurant of kiezküchen gmbh
- Presentation of JDA – Job Destination Airport – & Open discussion with former participants: Mobility program for young unemployed adults (Madelonne v. Schrenck, Bildungsmarkt e.V., Benthe Verhagen, Bildungsmarkt e.V.)
- Coordinators meeting: Evaluation of the learner-workshop in Romania / Discussion of the needs of the target group and solution finding / Intergration in the toolbox / Mobility Stories: possibility of publication / Planing of the next steps in MOVE & work assignment for the next meeting.

September 19th, 2012

- Visit of “alte mensa”: non-company training center for gastronomic occupations
- Lunch at “alte mensa”: training restaurant of kiezküchen gmbh
- Presentation of international mobility counselling for Berlin`s craft sector  (in the headquarters of Bildungsmarkt e.V.)

- Initiative "Vocational Education without Borders" (Jacqueline März, Association of German Chambers of Commerce and Industry)
